Beginning her career as a fashion magazine editor, Michelle Morgan Harrison brings an editorial-trained eye and a deep appreciation for design to every interior she creates. As former Senior Fashion Editor at Elle and Fashion Director at Mirabella, she spent years immersed in couture and ready-to-wear collections, styling shoots across the globe. This experience sharpened her ability to recognize beauty, balance, and craftsmanship—regardless of style.

Since founding Morgan Harrison Home in 2006, Michelle has become known for her sophisticated layering of color, clean architectural lines, and a signature mix of classic and modern influences. Her work is guided by a strong sense of proportion, functionality, and ease—designing homes that feel timeless, fresh, and completely personal.

Michelle is recognized not only for her distinctive aesthetic but also for her collaborative spirit and attention to detail. Her longstanding relationships with clients, architects, and builders speak to her reputation for clear communication, problem-solving, and trust.

Her work has been widely featured in publications such as The Wall Street Journal, Architectural Digest, Luxe, House Beautiful, Traditional Home, New England Home, Cottages & Gardens, and At Home. She has earned numerous accolades, including Luxe’s “Gold List,” “Fresh Faces to Watch,” multiple At Home “A-List Awards,” and CTC&G’s IDA Award.

When she isn’t designing, Michelle enjoys life in her lovingly restored 200-year-old home in New Canaan with her husband, Marc, their two sons—one a brewer in the Hudson Valley, the other a talented drummer studying music in Boston—as well as their pair of pups a Wheaten Terrier and the newest addition, a Bernedoodle puppy.

  • Sanna Tilley

    Sanna Tilley

    Senior Designer

    Sanna is an accomplished designer with extensive experience designing and managing high-end residential and commercial projects from coast to coast. Her strength lies in uncovering each client’s story and translating it into memorable, authentic spaces that consistently exceed each client’s expectations.

    A native of Sweden, Sanna studied interior design at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale before gaining experience at a luxury residential firm in Jupiter, FL, and later at a leading commercial design firm in West Palm Beach. NCIDQ-certified and licensed in commercial design, her portfolio includes large-scale residences, including the homes of several PGA Tour players.

    Now based in Easton, CT, Sanna enjoys an active life with her husband, their two young daughters, and their mini Bernedoodle, Bucky, and Golden Retriever, Juno. As a family, they can often be found playing golf, tennis, or cheering the girls on at the ice rink.

    Jill Weisberg

    Senior Designer

    Jill brings a wealth of experience from her years at prestigious residential design firms in New York City and Fairfield County, where she worked with celebrity and high-net-worth clients across the globe. With her sharp design instincts and strong project management skills, Jill is passionate about bringing each client’s vision to life.

    A proud alumna of the University of Wisconsin (Go Badgers!) and Parsons School of Design, Jill balances an editorial eye with a that clients love. Her meticulous attention to detail, strong work ethic and warm, approachable nature make the process as enjoyable as the finished result.

    Outside of design, Jill takes delight in her role as a “soccer mom” to her son Gavin, while missing Sophie, who's away at college. Evenings are often spent relaxing with her husband, Jason, their Brussels Griffon, Bruno, and a good Netflix series.

  • Molly Durkin

    Molly Durkin

    Designer

    Molly is known for her expertise across all aspects of interior design, from CAD and architectural interiors to overseeing projects from concept through completion. Her meticulous attention to detail is evident in every stage of the construction and design process.

    A graduate of Endicott College, Molly also studied architecture and interior design in Italy, enriching her perspective on form and function. She began her career with MH Home in 2016 as an intern, quickly proving indispensable and became core part of the team, she is MHHOME through and through. 

    Raised in the Hudson Valley, Molly grew up in a large entrepreneurial family with strong ties to construction and service industries. That foundation, combined with her passion for horses, makes her equally at home in both the design studio and the countryside.

  • Alicia Fusaro

    Alicia Fusaro

    Designer

    Alicia approaches each project with a thoughtful, hands-on mindset and a natural eye for detail. Whether collaborating on floor plans or refining finish selections, she brings consistency, creativity, and a calm presence to every stage of the design process.

    After earning her degree in interior design from Georgia Southern University, Alicia joined MH Home in 2021 and quickly became an integral part of the team. She combines strong organizational skills with an intuitive understanding of space, scale, and flow—qualities that make her a trusted partner to both clients and colleagues.

    Originally from Georgia, Alicia has always felt a strong connection to the Northeast through her family’s long-time lake house in Connecticut. Now based in South Norwalk, she draws inspiration from both coastal living and her community’s creative energy. Outside of the studio, she enjoys discovering new restaurants, spending time outdoors, and exploring local farmers’ markets.

  • Mandeline Hetzel

    Mandeline Hetzel

    Senior Architectural CAD Designer

    Mandeline is an experienced CAD designer with a deep background in millwork, cabinetry, and architectural interiors. NCIDQ-certified and a key member of the MH Home team since 2011, she creates highly detailed technical drawings that help bring complex design visions to life.

    Originally from Virginia, Mandeline grew up immersed in the world of construction, inspired by her father, a general contractor. Her early exposure to building and design shaped both her skill set and her passion for the industry. Known for her work ethic and precision, she’s a go-to resource for turning concepts into fully realized plans.

    Outside of work, Mandeline enjoys gardening and spending time at home on the edge of a horse farm, where she lives with her husband, two sons, two dogs, and a cat.cription goes here

  • Molley Maloney

    Molley Maloney

    Junior Designer

    Molley joined MH Home after a successful career in advertising and graphic design, bringing with her a strong background in visual storytelling. She earned her degree from the New York School of Interior Design and now supports projects across all phases, contributing a sharp design eye, technical skills, and a positive energy. 

    Away from the studio, Molley can usually be found in the garden with her French Bulldog, Iggy Pup, and Goldendoodle, Dekus—or in the kitchen, testing out new recipes with her husband, John.

    Studio Operations

    Janet joined MH Home in 2024 and quickly became the steady force that keeps the studio running smoothly. With a warm presence and a calm, can-do approach, she ensures the team stays organized and projects stay on track.

    With almost 2 decades supporting interior design offices Fairfield County, she has a deep understanding of the workflow behind every project. Always willing to step in and support where needed, she combines efficiency with a sense of humor and genuine care.

    Outside the studio, Janet enjoys spending time with her two college-age children (when they let her), gathering with extended family, and sharing meals that are as joyful as they are delicious.

    Jody O’Donnell

    Financial CPA

    Jody has managed MH Home’s financials since 2010, bringing both expertise and clarity to the firm’s billing and operations. A former corporate CPA, she ensures processes run seamlessly for the team and each client.

    Michelle and Jody first met in 2007 while serving together on the board of a New Canaan charitable organization—a collaboration that grew into a trusted professional partnership.

    When not crunching numbers, Jody enjoys tennis, golf, and skiing with her husband and their two sons.

    Procurement/Project Manager

    Stacey joined MH Home in 2008 as one of the firm’s earliest team members and is at the heart of its day-to-day operations.. She oversees purchasing and expedites projects with precision, and care, ensuring every detail runs smoothly and is thoughtfully managed.

    With years of experience supporting top Fairfield County designers and architects, Stacey is especially adept at navigating complex supply chains and keeping projects on track without sacrificing quality. Her steady hand and deep knowledge make her an essential part of the client experience.

    A Norwalk native, Stacey now lives in Monroe with her two daughters and a lively assortment of pets. She cherishes time with her family above all else.
